An entrepreneur at heart, I’ve been working in the luxury goods industry for 20 years. Recruitment has always been a passion for me, because this profession fulfils all the criteria necessary for human understanding. I’ve been the co-founder of the Morgan Mallet International agency since 2014 and I recruit staff with as much passion and motivation as ever. Our prestigious clients have been placing their trust in us for 11 years now! I studied cookery and was trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris, I was able to study at the Plaza Athénée hotel. I then moved to London to work as a nanny for a HNW family before setting up the Morgan Mallet International agency.
With over 6 years’ experience in recruitment, training and business development, I’m passionate about helping companies and candidates with their career plans. As Sales Director for France at Morgan & Mallet, the world leader in the placement of top-of-the-range domestic staff, I manage the Paris and Côte d’Azur/Monaco offices and a team of 9 colleagues. My mission is to offer tailor-made solutions to the most demanding clients, be they luxury companies, private families or public figures, in France and abroad. After around ten years’ experience in car finance, I’ve moved into the world of private home staff at Morgan & Mallet International. I’m very happy to hold the position of Office Manager, I do my best to satisfy the needs of my colleagues and the requirements of our customers. My career path is marked by a Master’s degree and I’m involved in human resources. I have experience as a personal assistant to VIPs and have gained valuable experience in managing interpersonal relations and confidentiality. My role was to meet the varied needs of my employers with efficiency and discretion. I now put this versatility to good use in my current position, where I help optimize HR processes and foster a collaborative and fulfilling working environment.
14 years’ experience as an assistant to a large group of medical specialists in Paris, training as an executive assistant and university studies in psychology and human sciences have given me a flair for contact and interpersonal skills, and a taste for creativity.
