I’ve been the co-founder of the Morgan Mallet International agency since 2014 and I recruit staff with as much passion and motivation as ever. Our prestigious clients have been placing their trust in us for 11 years now! I studied cookery and was trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris, I was able to study at the Plaza Athénée hotel. I then moved to London to work as a nanny for a HNW family before setting up the Morgan Mallet International agency.

With over 6 years’ experience in recruitment, training and business development, I’m passionate about helping companies and candidates with their career plans. As Sales Director for France at Morgan & Mallet, the world leader in the placement of top-of-the-range domestic staff, I manage the Paris and Côte d’Azur/Monaco offices and a team of 9 colleagues. My mission is to offer tailor-made solutions to the most demanding clients, be they luxury companies, private families or public figures, in France and abroad. I share Morgan & Mallet’s values of quality, excellence and discretion, and I strive to build relationships of trust and loyalty with my clients.

After around ten years’ experience in car finance, I’ve moved into the world of private home staff at Morgan & Mallet International. I’m very happy to hold the position of Office Manager, I do my best to satisfy the needs of my colleagues and the requirements of our customers. I also look after the administrative and financial side of our Morgan & Mallet School training centre

Franco-Brazilian, with a university education and specialization in Human Resources Management in Brazil, I have several experiences, including 20 years in the Human Resources department of a major French bank. This experience, which began in Brazil in the Recruitment, Training, Career Management and Transition and International Mobility departments, enabled me to transfer to France and develop my skills in supporting expatriate employees.
Passionate about recruitment, I have the opportunity to work for Morgan & Mallet International for 2 years, it’s a pleasure to help and advise clients in their research for household staff, as well as finding the perfect job opportunities for our candidates.

From his 13 years of experience as an office manager in a renowned establishment to his involvement in the financial accounts of the 2022 presidential campaign, Hugo demonstrates versatility, organization, and efficiency in administrative and accounting management. He has a proven ability to work in demanding environments and handle crucial responsibilities with precision and effectiveness.

Nine years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having worked in various hotels in France and Ireland. I have experience in several departments in hotels and restaurants. I also spent a year living in the United States. 

Since September 2023, I have been working in Morgan & Mallet International as an HR assistant, where I assist candidates in finding the perfect position tailored to their skills and aspirations. My journey in hospitality has been marked by a dedication to providing exceptional service and fostering meaningful connections, both with clients and candidates.

Newcomer in the field of Search Engine Optimization, Alexandre has degrees in both applied physics and linguistic with a keen eye for details and a passion for discovering new things as well as experimenting with new technologies most of his missions revolve around writing content for Morgan & Mallet Hospitality and making it easier for everyone to browse the site in search of what you are looking for while ensuring that any issue that even how unlikely they are that may arise is solved as soon as possible to ensure that your experience stays the best at all time.

My career path is marked by a Master’s degree and I’m involved in human resources. I have experience as a personal assistant to VIPs and have gained valuable experience in managing interpersonal relations and confidentiality. My role was to meet the varied needs of my employers with efficiency and discretion. I now put this versatility to good use in my current position, where I help optimize HR processes and foster a collaborative and fulfilling working environment.

14 years’ experience as an assistant to a large group of medical specialists in Paris, training as an executive assistant and university studies in psychology and human sciences have given me a flair for contact and interpersonal skills, and a taste for creativity.

Loïc is one year away from graduating from business school, and is discovering the world of search engine optimization. His task at Morgan & Mallet Hospitality is to make browsing simpler for everyone. He’s focused on improving the user experience, ensuring visitors can easily find what they need.
