Job description
Family is looking for a stew/cook for his Catamaran 24m based in Viarregio, Italy who is able to cook up to 8 people and ensure the maintenance of the interior. The candidate has to be serious, conscientious, organizsed and autonomous.
The catamaran is in Viarregio, Italy. US Flag. Permanent position, for March / April 2019.
Responsibilities
- Cooking for 8 people, Simple cuisine, Mediterranean + for 3 crew members (same food)
- Manage supply and budget
- Shop, manage orders
- Maintenance of the neat interior, 4 guest cabins, toilets, kitchen, living room+ crew area (cockpit, cabin, sanitary)
- Inventory , stocking
- Help with maneuvers, help on deck
Requirements
- Boat experience
- Speak French or English, Italian a plus
- Hardworking and versatile person (help requested on the bridge) Like to cook and take initiatives
- Autonomous, organized person, to know to prioritize
- Discreet, dynamic, autonomous and efficient person Communicating, good interpersonal skills
- Like to work in a team
- Valid STCW or CFBS diploma Valid ENG1 Medical
- HACCP
- CIN or CMP a plus
