Recruitment consultant, after gaining solid experience in luxury hospitality and catering, I spent several years in England to immerse myself in the local culture and perfect my mastery of the English language. Upon my return to France, I seized the opportunity to join a leading group specialized in recruiting senior executives while developing a high-end concierge service. Subsequently, in 2022, I joined the Morgan & Mallet group as a consultant specializing in recruitment for yacht crews, household staff, and luxury chalets.

My daily motivation lies in the satisfaction of both clients and candidates. I particularly focus on establishing a thorough exchange with each client to precisely understand their needs and identify exceptional candidates who perfectly meet the established criteria. My strong interpersonal skills enable me to maintain high-quality professional relationships with all the candidates and clients I have had the opportunity to collaborate with.
