Job description
We are looking for a Couple on a Yacht (Captain + Stewardess) for one of our clients in Bahrain in a permanent position for a magnificent 25M Ferretti yacht.
The couple's role will involve yacht maintenance, service, and assistance in the development of the charter business.
Responsibilities
Captain:
- Operating a 25M charter vessel from Bahrain to Dubai.
- Ensuring the safety of passengers on board.
- Managing maneuvers (docking, fendering, mooring, anchoring).
- Responsible for navigation and equipment.
- Managing and monitoring fuel supply.
- Proficiency in onboard technology and navigation tools.
- Ensuring regular vessel maintenance by coordinating necessary repairs and inspections.
- Developing business activities in collaboration with the yacht owner.
Stewardess:
- Interior cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintenance of luxury materials (wood, silverware, marble).
- Stock management.
- Interacting with guests and other services.
- Providing table service.
- Participating in events on the yacht.
- Assisting the captain or crew with administrative tasks.
- Developing business activities in collaboration with the yacht owner.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 seasons of experience in the yachting industry.
- Experience in luxury or hospitality preferred.
- Autonomous and organized.
- Availability and flexibility required.
- Fluent in English.
- Validated Captain 500 certification.
- Up-to-date CFBS STW2010.
- Up-to-date Medical 3.
- 750kw Mechanical certification.
Work conditions
