Job description

We are looking for a Chief Steward(ess) for one of our clients, to work on a magnificent 38m yacht based in Monaco.

Permanent contract
Private use only
Navigation limited to Monaco

Responsibilities

Provide a high-end service and exceptional comfort to the guests on board
Interior maintenance (4 cabins, corridors, and furniture), including bedding, drapery, and towels
Stock and inventory management
Table setting, table service, and clearing
Manage stewardesses (prioritizing tasks, scheduling, strengthening team cohesion)
Ensure guest safety

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the yachting or luxury hospitality industry
Experience in the luxury sector
Ability to manage a team
Availability and flexibility required
CFBS or Basic Safety (STCW 2010) certification
Fluent in French
