Job description
We are looking for a Chief Steward(ess) for one of our clients, to work on a magnificent 38m yacht based in Monaco.
Permanent contract
Private use only
Navigation limited to Monaco
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-end service and exceptional comfort to the guests on board
- Interior maintenance (4 cabins, corridors, and furniture), including bedding, drapery, and towels
- Stock and inventory management
- Table setting, table service, and clearing
- Manage stewardesses (prioritizing tasks, scheduling, strengthening team cohesion)
- Ensure guest safety
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the yachting or luxury hospitality industry
- Experience in the luxury sector
- Ability to manage a team
- Availability and flexibility required
- CFBS or Basic Safety (STCW 2010) certification
- Fluent in French
