Job description

We are seeking a Captain 500 for a permanent contract with one of our clients. This position is based in M'diq, a seaside resort in Morocco.

The boat provides day trips, offering a unique experience to travelers in a high-end environment.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of driving a 15 m RIVA and training a local captain on site.
The position includes accommodation, meals, and is a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safe navigation of the yacht in compliance with maritime rules and local regulations.
Ensure passenger safety by following safety protocols.
Ensure the overall proper functioning of the boat.
Manage ship maintenance and upkeep operations to guarantee their safety and proper functioning.
Develop cruise itineraries considering weather conditions.
Plan stopovers, on-board activities and excursions to provide a memorable experience for passengers.
Provide excellent service to a high-end clientele.

Requirements

M/F with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain.
Captain 500 certificate required.
Maritime safety training, including emergency management and evacuation procedures, is essential.
Ability to manage a variety of tasks, including ship maintenance, logistics management, safety and customer service, is necessary.
Dynamic, available, flexible and mobile.
Expert in organization and planning.
Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus.
