Job description
We are looking for a Steward (M/F) to join the crew of a 24 m catamaran for private use.
to take care of onboard maintenance and assist the Captain during maneuvers.
Starting date April/May (2024)
Fixed-term contract until October - shared cabin.
Responsibilities
- Maintain living areas (cabins, toilets, corridors, staircases, saloon, deck, etc.).
- Make sure everything is tidy on board (tables, benches, beach towels, toys, etc.).
- Prepare cabins prior to owner's arrival
- Manage cleaning product inventories
- Run additional errands as needed
- Take charge of linen and laundry services
- Assist the Captain during maneuvers
- Assist the Chef with table setting, clearing and table service
- Drive and maintain the boat's tender
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Up-to-date ENG1
- STCW 2010
- Versatile, dynamic and organized
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Discretion required
- Fluent in French and/or Italian and/or English
- Driving license a plus
