Job description
A 50m private motor yacht based in Turkey is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join the vessel, cruising the Mediterranean.
This is a permanent position on a busy private yacht operating across key Mediterranean destinations.
The yacht offers a highly professional environment with an international crew and strong team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of three stewardesses.
- Organise interior schedules, service standards, and workflow.
- Deliver high-level guest service and oversee onboard hospitality.
- Coordinate service during guest trips and events.
- Maintain impeccable interior presentation at all times.
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, detailing, and interior organisation.
- Manage inventories and assist with provisioning.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the Captain and crew.
Requirements
- Experienced Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts.
- Energetic, proactive, and highly organised.
- Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
- Confident managing and mentoring a team.
- Comfortable working on a busy private yacht.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented.
