Job description

A Leopard 27 motor yacht, moored near Golf Juan (Alpes-Maritimes, France), is looking for a Deckhand/Cook (M/F) to join the crew from mid-May to mid-October for a seasonal job opportunity.

The yacht is registered under the French International Register (RIF) and is primarily used for private cruising, with occasional charters.

Responsibilities

Maintain the galley to the highest hygiene standards.
Apply HACCP guidelines for the storage and preparation of food supplies.
Prepare meals for the crew (2 people) and for the owner and their family.
Create and suggest balanced, varied menus.
Manage food provisioning and inventory.
Collect laundry and coordinate with external dry-cleaning services.
Maintain the cleanliness of guest cabins and communal areas.
Manage onboard shopping needs in coordination with the Captain or Owner.
Assist the First Mate or Captain as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a similar role aboard a yacht.
Valid navigation certificates.
HACCP certification required.
Versatile, dynamic, discreet, and highly personable individual.
Strong culinary skills with the ability to suggest and prepare varied menus.
Fluent in French.
Driving license appreciated.
