Job description
An experienced First Mate is sought for a private 30 mt charter yacht based in Dubai, on a permanent, year-round basis.
This is a stable, full-time engagement with an established owner.
Yacht: Private charter motor yacht, 30 mt, flag to be confirmed
Operation: Charter
Cruising area: Dubai and surrounding waters
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Captain in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel.
- Overseeing deck operations, including docking, anchoring and tender work.
- Maintaining the exterior of the yacht to an immaculate standard.
- Assisting with watchkeeping, safety drills and equipment checks.
- Supervising and mentoring junior deck crew.

Supporting charter guests with water sports and exterior activities.

Will assist the guets with transportation while on shore.
Requirements
- Relevant Certificate of Competency, STCW and a current ENG1 or equivalent medical.
- Solid deck experience, ideally on charter vessels.
- Strong seamanship, hands-on and reliable.
- Discreet, well-presented and a positive team player.
- Eligible for deployment under DMW (Philippine Department of Migrant. Workers) requirements via a licensed manning agency; all related processing costs covered by the employer - If applicable.
