Full-Time Deckhand job (M/F) in Monaco
Job description
Our client, the owner of a newly purchased 72-metre private yacht, is seeking two Professional and Motivated Deckhands to join the deck crew. The yacht operates under the Italian flag, based in Monte Carlo, spending summers cruising the Mediterranean and winters in St Barth and the Caribbean.
These are full-time, permanent positions offering an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team onboard a privately operated yacht.

Responsibilities
- Maintain all exterior areas of the yacht to the highest standard, including cleaning, polishing, and detailing.
- Assist with docking, mooring, and anchoring operations.
- Support tender driving and water sports activities for guests.
- Care for and maintain deck equipment, furniture, and water toys.
- Perform general maintenance, painting, and varnishing as required.
- Assist with line handling, fender placement, and guest transfers.
- Collaborate closely with the deck team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional guest service during outdoor activities while ensuring safety at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience onboard yachts (50m+ preferred).
- Strong tender driving and water sports skills.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a strong advantage.
- Energetic, hands-on, and an excellent team player.
- Presentable, polite, and adaptable with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Valid STCW, ENG1, Powerboat Level 2, and all relevant deck certifications.
- Additional trade, carpentry, or diving experience is an asset.
- No visible tattoos; non-smoker preferred.
