Full-Time Stewardess job (M/F) in Monaco
Job description
Our client, the owner of a newly acquired 72-metre private yacht, is seeking two Professional Stewardesses to join the interior team. Operating under the Italian flag and based in Monte Carlo, the yacht spends summers cruising the Mediterranean and winters in St Barth and the Caribbean.
We are recruiting for two separate positions:

Housekeeping Stewardess – responsible for cabin presentation, laundry, and detailing.

Service Stewardess – responsible for guest service, table setting, and dining experience.
Both Stewardesses will report directly to the Chief Stewardess and will be part of a team of seven interior crew members dedicated to upholding the yacht’s impeccable standards of service, elegance, and hospitality.

Responsibilities
Housekeeping Stewardess
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all guest and crew areas.
- Handle laundry, linen care, and wardrobe management.
- Assist with interior provisioning and inventory.
- Support service and turn-down duties as required.
Service Stewardess
- Deliver five-star service to the owner and guests at all times.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages with precision and discretion.
- Set both formal and informal tables, create floral arrangements, and maintain service mise-en-place.
- Collaborate with the galley and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
General Interior Duties (Shared)
- Support all interior departments as needed.
- Assist with guest arrival and departure preparations.
- Rotate through duties based on guest presence and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience onboard private or charter yachts of 50m+.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
- Strong team player with professionalism and discretion.
- Well-presented, organized, and capable of working long hours when required.
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and all relevant yacht certifications.
Work conditions
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Monte Carlo (Italian flag)
- Schedule: Long hours when the owner is onboard; rotation and rest periods when the yacht is not in use.
