Job description
The owners are seeking a service-oriented professional capable of handling both galley and interior responsibilities with flexibility and good energy.
Private and charter sailing yacht operating in Greece during the summer season. The onboard atmosphere is professional, friendly, and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on reliability, adaptability, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Galley / Culinary Duties
-
Preparation of fresh, simple, and well-presented meals for owners and guests, breakfast, light lunch and dinner is a bit more formal.

Menu planning in line with preferences, dietary requirements, and charter expectations.

Provisioning, stock control, and galley organisation.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the galley at all times.
Interior / Stewarding Duties
-
Guest service on board, including table service and daily attention to comfort.

Housekeeping of guest areas and shared spaces.

Laundry management when required.

Ensuring the yacht is always presented to a high standard during private use and charter.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as Chef/Stew or strong all-rounder background on yachts .

Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Calm, discreet, and service-minded.

Comfortable in a mixed private and charter environment.

Positive attitude and good communication skills.
-
STCW95 and ENG1 valid.
Work conditions

Greek flag
-
Approx. 8 weeks of charter during the season.

Tips expected during charter periods.
