Job description
We are seeking an elegant, highly polished, and service-driven professional Stewardess/Hostess to accompany the principal on board a private yacht and during international travel. Based in Dubai.
This role is centered around delivering exceptional guest experiences through impeccable hospitality, refined silver service, and seamless onboard service.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in aviation, luxury hospitality, private service, or yacht guest relations, with a natural ability to anticipate needs, maintain discretion, and provide seamless service in a dynamic travel environment.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Deliver exceptional five-star hospitality to the principal and guests at all times.
- Welcome guests on board and ensure a seamless embarkation and disembarkation experience.
- Assist guests with luggage, seating arrangements, and personal requirements throughout their journey.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, discreet, and personalized service.
- Create a welcoming and refined onboard atmosphere that reflects the highest hospitality standards.
Silver Service & Hospitality
- Provide professional food and beverage service to luxury hospitality standards.
- Execute formal and informal service, including silver service where required.
- Prepare and serve refreshments and beverages.
- Maintain impeccable table settings and presentation.
- Ensure attentive and discreet service during meals, events, and guest gatherings.
Principal & Guest Support
- Accompany the principal during international travel and voyages.
- Support the hosting and entertaining of guests on board.
- Ensure guests are comfortable, well cared for, and receive a memorable experience.
- Assist with travel-related arrangements and guest logistics as required.
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Service Standards & Presentation
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, etiquette, and protocol.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Interact confidently with VIP guests and international clientele.
- Represent the principal and vessel with professionalism and grace.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private service, aviation, yachting, or VIP guest relations.
- Strong silver service experience and a thorough understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality etiquette and guest relations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, discreet, and service-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing travel schedules.
- Willingness to travel internationally and spend extended periods at sea.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Valid passport and ability to travel without restrictions.
Work conditions
- Accommodation: Live-out (no accommodation provided)
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Start Date: As soon as possible

AED 15,000–AED 20,000 (depending on experience)
