Junior Steward(ess) on a yacht is a person understanding the essence of the service and ready to learn. The person should be able to cooperate with his or her superiors and follow the instructions accurately.
The ideal candidate for the job should have a good state of mind and be attentive to the guests. This profile may generally have little experience and candidates from the luxury hotel business and service trades may be suitable. STW95 license is required for this position.
