Chief Steward/ess on a yacht is the person responsible for customer satisfaction, he / she should foresee the expectations of owners or guests to meet their needs. For this, he / she should be highly qualified and use technical knowledge and experience for maintenance and service.
For this position, profiles from the industry of luxury hotels may be suitable, however an experience in yachting is essential. Excellent speaking skills are essential as well as team management skills.
STCW certificate is mandatory.
