Deckhand

The deckhand is often the entry-level position on a yacht, and is responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintenance and cleaning of the exterior of the vessel, setting up and taking down tenders, and assisting with lines and fenders during docking and anchoring. Deckhands may also be responsible for providing guests with a pleasant and memorable experience by setting up water sports equipment, serving drinks, and helping with general guests services.

To find a job as a deckhand, a strong understanding of knots and line handling is essential, as well as basic maintenance skills. It is also important to be physically fit and able to work long hours in a demanding environment.

Expected salary range: $2,500 – $3,500 per month.

Stewardess/Steward

Yacht Captain

The captain is responsible for the overall operation and management of the yacht, including crew management, navigation, and guest satisfaction. This role requires extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of yachting, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
