We are looking for a Private Yacht Chef (male/female) for one of our clients based in Cannes. The ideal candidate must be mobile and capable of accompanying the family during their travels and various international movements.
Most of the time, the candidate will be based on a 60-meter yacht moored in Cannes. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end environment, as well as significant experience in the yachting field, are required.
The candidate must have excellent adaptability and be versatile in the dishes offered (Italian, Oriental, Asian cuisine, buffets, etc.) for groups ranging from 2 to 30 people.
This is a full-time permanent position available immediately, with accommodation provided on the yacht in Cannes, or in various hotels or staff apartments depending on the destinations.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Planning and preparing meals for the owners and guests aboard the yacht, or in various properties, taking into account dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Creating varied menus adapted to the tastes and needs of the clients, including a wide variety of international dishes.
- Ensuring that the presentation of each dish is meticulously executed.
- Being able to cook efficiently for large groups of people.
- Effectively managing assistants and sous-chefs, ensuring constant quality of dishes.
- Managing food purchases and supplies, ensuring that products are fresh, of high quality, and well-stocked.
- Supervising and coordinating the kitchen and service staff onboard, including training.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas on the yacht, or in various properties.
- Working closely with the captain and crew to plan meals according to the yacht's itinerary and planned activities.
- Managing the food budget and kitchen-related expenses.
- Responding to special requests from clients and adapting menus for events.
- Mobility and adaptability to different locations in the world in terms of products.
Profil requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Private Chef on yachts of at least 50 meters.
- Skill in international cuisine and fine, delicate presentation.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- International mobility (Valid passport).
- HACCP (Hygiene) certification required.
- Mandatory Yacht STCW certification.
- Up-to-date medical examination.
- English diploma required.
- Proficiency in fluent English.

Private Yacht Chef Salary
